Sano Wellness is delighted to offer direct billing for ICBC related insurance claims. If you’ve been in an accident, you may be eligible for treatment to help you recover.

ICBC/MVA Claims


If you’ve been involved in a motor-vehicle accident, you may benefit from practitioner care. Enhanced Accident Benefits are available to assist you in accessing the services you'll need to recover, regardless of who’s at fault in the accident. ICBC offers pre-approved treatment to those with injuries sustained from a motor-vehicle accident for 12 weeks from the date of your accident, eliminating the requirement for a doctor's referral.

To initiate your treatment, please provide us with the following information:

  • Valid ICBC claim number

  • Date of accident

  • Personal health number

  • Adjustor number and phone number (optional)

We offer direct billing to ICBC. However, certain treatments may require a user fee, covering the portion not subsidized by ICBC. For a list of services and appointment rates, please visit our booking page and our rates section on our about page for details.

Below is a list of pre-authorized treatments for each health care practitioner services and its associated payment schedule. Sano Wellness currently offers physiotherapy and massage therapy services. For additional details, please visit ICBC’s website here.

PLEASE NOTE

  • ICBC does not reimburse for no-shows or late cancellation fees. In the case of no-shows or late cancellations, our no-show and cancellation policy still applies.

  • Certain extended health insurances policies may cover the user fee portion of your treatments. We suggest you contact your extended health insurance provider to learn more. At this moment, we are unable to direct bill extended health plans for ICBC related treatment. Richmond Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Physiotherapy and Acupuncture.
