Carol completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London after graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Rehabilitation and Occupational Ergonomics.
Growing up in Richmond, Carol is excited to be providing compassionate care and empowering lives in the community that she calls home. Carol cares deeply about providing individualized treatment plans tailored to your current recovery needs.
Carol has extensive experience working with MVA injuries and providing education around workplace injury prevention. Carol also has special interests in cancer, stroke, and pulmonary rehab. She has worked at the University of British Columbia’s Cancer Exercise and Physiotherapy Lab, conducting rehabilitation research on people living with and beyond advanced-stage cancers. She is also currently working at Richmond Hospital to further contribute to the well-being of her community.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys staying active through rock climbing, running, hiking, and cycling. She also loves experimenting in the kitchen with different fermentation projects such as sourdough, kombucha, and pickling different types of vegetables!
